All of our caregivers are thoroughly screened including police clearance, vulnerable sector checks, current registrations and verification of all credentials and references. In addition, they are bonded, insured and covered by WSIB.

Medical & Non-Medical Homecare and Support

ActivePro Nursing & Homecare Inc. field staff healthcare providers currently consist of two main groups:

• Professional nursing staff comprised of Registered Nurses (“RN”) and Registered Practical Nurses (“RPN”);
• Non-medical personal care services provided by Personal Support Workers (“PSW”).

24 Hour Clinical Support By RN

Field staff are provided with 24 hour clinical and administrative support by an RN Director of Clinical Support.

Our care coordinators include Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) with direct supervisory responsibility for clinical support as well as customer service professionals who are the first point of contact for clients, their families and field staff.
